Get moving with this fun, one-hour drop-in class designed to build coordination, rhythm, and confidence in a supportive group environment. Open to ages 16 and up, this class welcomes all experience levels and requires no prerequisites.

Space is limited to keep the class experience more personal, so advance registration is required to secure your spot.

Level 1 Introduction to Line Dancing

A multi-week beginner class held every Wednesday of each month for ages 16+. Each session builds on the previous week, so registration is required before the series begins, and consistent attendance is encouraged.

Class size is limited to provide individual attention and a supportive learning environment. Makeup classes are not available, but students will receive video access to any lessons covered if they miss a class.

Level 2.5 Line Dancing Beginner+

This multi-week progressive dance series for ages 16+ is designed for students ready to continue building their skills in a supportive learning environment. Prerequisites include completion of Levels 1 and 2 or instructor permission. Registration is required before the session begins, and because each class builds on the last, makeup classes are not available. Students who miss a class will still have access to a video of the lesson. Class size is limited to provide individual attention.

Class registration is nonrefundable. Classes can not be rescheduled. Class starts promptly as scheduled.

For DrumFit and Level 1 Line Dancing, not at all! These classes are designed to be welcoming and approachable for a range of experience levels, including beginners who want a fun way to move.

The Level 2.5 Line Dancing class has a prerequisite of Level 1 and Level 2 Line Dancing, and/or instructor permission.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily, along with supportive shoes that you feel good exercising in. The goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy the class.

Dance fitness is a great fit for adults who want an energizing, social, and enjoyable way to stay active. Whether you are trying something new, getting back into movement, or looking for a class that feels more fun than intimidating, this is a supportive place to start.
