Physical Therapy

Wellness on Seaboard was founded with a clear vision: to create a place where people feel supported, understood, and empowered in their wellness journey.

After graduating from Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Lori moved to North Carolina in 2005 and met her husband, who was raised in Cameron, NC. They have two girls who attend local middle and elementary schools. She is active in the Town of Vass, where she serves on the Board of the Friends of the Vass Library, is involved with the Vass Business Association, and participates in an all-girls Boy Scouts of America troop.

As a collegiate athlete who played basketball, Lori found a path to physical therapy and has practiced for 21 years in outpatient orthopedics. She brings clinical expertise, compassionate care, and a personalized approach to helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and move through life with greater ease and confidence.

Her work is rooted in the belief that wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Every person brings a different story, different goals, and different needs, which is why Lori’s approach is centered on listening first, then building a path forward that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

Her certifications include Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy through Hands On Seminars, Titleist Performance Institute Certification, Advanced Dry Needling Certification through Myopain Seminars, Kinesiotaping and RockTape Certification, Champion Performance Specialist, and Sportsmetrics Certification.

Meet Our Coaches & Instructors

Ashley Fletcher

My Pilates journey began in 2013, when a friend introduced me to the practice. I started with my Mat Pilates certification through Polestar Pilates, and during that time of intentional movement and consistent practice, I fully recovered from a neck injury sustained in a car accident. That experience transformed my understanding of movement and inspired me to pursue Pilates as a career.

I continued my education while practicing and teaching under STOTT Pilates® and Balanced Body® certified instructors. In 2019, I earned my Comprehensive Pilates Certification and began teaching in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

In 2020, my family relocated to Vicenza, Italy, where I had the opportunity to study with internationally recognized Master Teacher Trainers and attend workshops led by world-renowned educators, including Alan Herdman. While living in Italy, I also established and led a Pilates program and studio on the U.S. Army base in Vicenza.

My teaching style has been profoundly shaped by my education in Italy. I emphasize mindful breathing, precise movement, and balanced training to help clients build strength, improve flexibility, and develop greater body awareness.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with minors in Biology and Nutrition. I am currently expanding my expertise by training as a Scoliosis Movement Specialist and completing my Balanced Body® Instructor certification. I am passionate about helping clients move with confidence, reduce pain, and discover the lifelong benefits of Pilates.

Danelle Foor

Danelle's yoga journey began in 2014, while she was in nursing school in South Dakota, when she found her home at a local yoga studio. The moment Danelle took her first Yoga Sculpt class, she was hooked. The combination of strength, movement, and mindfulness inspired her to become an instructor and share that experience with others.

In 2021, life took Dannele to Florida, where she earned her Yoga Sculpt certification and 200-hour YTT through CorePower Yoga. Danelle loves teaching Sculpt because it’s the perfect balance of challenge and empowerment. Each class blends the foundation of yoga with the intensity of strength training to create a fun, energizing, full-body workout. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Danelle offer modifications and encouragement so everyone can move confidently at their own pace.

When she;s not in the studio, you’ll find Danelle spending time with my husband and their son, Andy, getting in a CrossFit workout, or hanging out with their dogs. Danelle can’t wait to meet you and see you on the mat!

The Beginning

Wellness on Seaboard was created from a simple belief: health feels more sustainable when people feel supported, encouraged, and connected. We envisioned a space where movement could be both meaningful and approachable — a place where children, adults, and families could build healthier habits in an environment that feels welcoming and personal.

What began as a professional passion for helping people move well grew into a broader vision for community-centered wellness in Vass. Today, Wellness on Seaboard is growing as a place for joyful classes, supportive guidance, and stronger connections through movement.

Your Well-Being Matters

At Wellness on Seaboard, every person’s wellness journey is personal. That is why the focus is not just on movement itself, but on creating an experience that helps people feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident as they take the next step in their health.

Whether someone joins a class, brings in their child for a positive movement experience, or simply wants to stay connected to a healthier routine, the goal is always the same: to offer support that feels thoughtful, human, and empowering.
